Job summary

Sherman Oaks Hospital is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for the Med/Surg Department in Sherman Oaks, CA. The role involves assisting with activities of daily living and providing basic nursing care to non-critical patients under RN supervision. Current CNA certificate and BLS are required.

At least six months of acute care hospital or physician’s office experience is preferred. This is a part-time, day-shift position with a comprehensive benefits package under the Prime Healthcare

Responsibilities

JOB SUMMARY: The CNA in the Med/Surg Department is a certified assistive person who assists with activities of daily living, provides basic nursing care to non-critical patients and assists in maintenance of a safe environment under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse in charge of the team and/or unit.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $23.00 to $29.10. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
