Job summary

Home Instead, Inc. is seeking a compassionate CNA to provide one-on-one, personalized care in clients' homes across Colorado. You will build meaningful relationships, support independence, and help maintain dignity while offering light housekeeping, meal prep, and mobility assistance.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado CNA license is required.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance.
• Effective communication skills and compassion.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one, personalized care in clients' homes.
• Assist with daily living activities: companionship, light housekeeping, meal prep.
• Support with personal care: bathing, grooming, mobility as needed.
• Run errands and assist with medical reminders and groceries.
• Support clients with dementia or hospice needs when applicable.

What we need from you

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in Colorado.
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and active auto insurance.
• Effective communication skills
• Compassionate about making a difference
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Compliance with State of Colorado regulations, ability to pass a National Criminal Background Check, Colorado Adult Protective Services Check, DMV check, and drug screening.
