River Lodge Assisted Living is seeking a CNA II for night shift to provide compassionate care to seniors in a welcoming community. You will assist with daily activities, monitor health, and ensure resident safety throughout the night.

The role requires Arkansas CNA certification; CNA II training is provided by the company. The facility offers health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401K, PTO, holidays, and flexible schedules.

Qualifications

• Must hold Arkansas CNA Certification.
• Minimum 18 years old.
• Able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 20 pounds to a minimum height of 3 feet and carry it 10 feet.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Willingness to work harmoniously with other personnel.

Responsabilités

• Build meaningful connections while assisting residents with bathing, dressing, and meals.
• Assist with self-administration of medications and help residents move safely.
• Communicate kindly and professionally with residents, families, and outside agencies.
• Provide support with bedtime and morning routines to ensure comfort and dignity.
• Assist residents to and from meals and help with mealtime tasks as needed.
• Help with light housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
• Stay attentive to safety, report concerns, and respond promptly in emergencies.
• Help residents enjoy a restful, secure, and dignified life each night.

• Must possess willingness to work harmoniously with other personnel.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
