Nightingale at Glenwood in Glenwood, AR is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team for a 2p-10p shift. You will provide direct resident care, assist with daily living activities, and support the nursing staff with monitoring vital signs and care plans.

The ideal candidate has an active Arkansas CNA certification and at least a high school diploma or equivalent. Prior long-term care experience is preferred, and a caring, empathetic approach is essential.

About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Nightingale at Glenwood team. As a CNA on our 2p-10p shift, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Assist residents with daily living activities, such as feeding, mobility, and incontinence care
• Monitor and document resident vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure
• Identify and report any changes in resident condition to the nursing staff
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment for residents and staff

Requirements:

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Arkansas
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1+ year of experience in long-term care or a related setting preferred
• Ability to lift, transfer, and move residents with assistance, as needed
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
