Job summary

Professional Case Management (PCM) is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide in-home care in Augusta, GA, on a part-time or full-time basis. CNAs work under the direction of an RN/Case Manager, delivering personal care to assigned clients to maintain comfort and well-being.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in the state(s) of practice.
• Current CPR certification and TB test.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Read and record temperature, pulse, and respiration.
• Patient hygiene - bathing, shampoo, skin/nail care, oral hygiene, shaving, dressing, toileting.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy home environment - meal preparation, laundry, light housekeeping.
• Follow written assignment and instructions, and complete documentation.
