Professional Case Management in Augusta, GA is hiring CNA professionals to provide in-home care under the direction of the RN/Case Manager. You’ll work with assigned clients to maintain comfort and quality of life.

Formación

• Active CNA certification in the state of practice.
• At least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Current CPR certification and TB test.

Responsabilidades

• Read and record temperature, pulse, and respiration.
• Patient hygiene: bathing, shampoo, skin/nail care, oral hygiene, shaving, dressing, toileting.
• Maintain a clean, safe home environment: meal prep, laundry, light housekeeping.
• Follow written assignment and instructions.
• Complete and submit documentation.

Essential Functions:
