Professional Case Management in Jackson, SC is hiring CNAs to provide in-home care on a part-time or full-time basis. You will work directly with clients under the supervision of an RN/Case Manager, delivering essential personal care in the comfort of their homes and maintaining their safety and dignity.

• Active CNA certification in the state(s) of practice
• At least eighteen (18) years of age
• Current CPR certification and TB test

• Read and record temperature, pulse, and respiration
• Patient hygiene - bathing, shampoo, skin/nail care, oral hygiene, shaving, dressing, toileting
• Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy home environment - meal preparation, laundry, light housekeeping
• Follow written assignment and instructions
• Complete and submit appropriate documentation
