Job summary

Baywood Home Care in Minnesota is seeking a part-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to deliver one-on-one home care with flexible 4-hour shifts, up to 12 hours weekly.

You will provide personal care, monitor routines, and support clients in daily activities while maintaining safety and dignity in home settings. A CNA certificate is required (even if not current) and a valid driver's license helps you reach clients.

Qualifications

• CNA certificate (does not need to be current)
• At least 18 years old
• Personal vehicle, valid driver's license, and auto insurance required
• 1 year of caregiving experience required
• Dependable and compassionate attitude
• High school diploma or GED preferred

• Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility support
• Offer gentle reminders for medications and routines
• Ensure safety and peace of mind through overnight hours
• Support independence and dignity through compassionate care
