Baywood Home Care is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for an on-call, in-person role. You will be paid a $50 flat on-call rate, plus your hourly wage for the shift if called in.

This position emphasizes one-on-one home care, staying with clients, and maintaining dignity at home. The ideal candidate has a CNA certificate (not necessarily current), is at least 18, owns a personal vehicle with valid license and insurance, and has at least one year of caregiving experience.
