One You Love Homecare Windermere in North Carolina is seeking a compassionate CNA to provide in-home care, companionship, and support to clients in their own homes. You will follow care plans, observe changes, and help with daily activities while maintaining dignity and independence.

You must have an active Nurse Aide I listing in NC, be reliable, and able to work flexible hours. We offer training, support, and a friendly team that treats you like family.

Qualifications

• Active Nurse Aide I listing in good standing on the North Carolina Nurse Aide Registry (required).
• Current CPR certification preferred (we can help you obtain it).
• Prior experience in home care, long-term care, hospital, or related setting is a plus. New CNAs are welcome to apply.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsabilités

• Provide personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and incontinence care.
• Assist with mobility, safe transfers, positioning, and fall prevention.
• Observe and report changes in a client’s condition, mood, or safety to the care team promptly.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding, following dietary guidelines in the care plan.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Follow care plans and infection control protocols.
• Remind clients to take medications as scheduled (non-medical role; no administration).
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry related to client care.
• Provide transportation to appointments and activities when needed.
• Clock in and out and document all tasks accurately and on time.

Job Summary

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to assist clients with mobility and physical transfers.

Compensation: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
