Position Summary

Under the supervision of the Nurse Supervisor, perform resident/patient care activities, assisting with personal needs, safety, and comfort, while fostering a positive environment and adhering to policies.

Requirements

• Successful completion of approved CNA training and competency evaluation
• Ability to interact positively with residents, families, volunteers, and staff
• Interest and positive attitude towards working with the elderly in long-term care
• Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English
• Compliance with health requirements as mandated by law
