Position Summary

Under the supervision of the Nurse Supervisor, this role involves resident/patient care activities and related services to support their personal needs, safety, and comfort. The goal is to foster a positive physical, social, and psychological environment while adhering to all policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Successful completion of approved nursing assistant training and competency evaluation
• Ability to positively and effectively relate with residents/patients, families, volunteers, and staff
• Interest in and a positive attitude toward working with the elderly and long-term care residents
• Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English
• Meet all health requirements mandated by law
