Position Overview: Under the supervision of the Nurse Supervisor, the CNA performs resident care activities and related services to support residents' personal needs, safety, and comfort. The role also involves fostering a positive physical, social, and psychological environment following all policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Successful completion of an approved nursing assistant training and competency evaluation program
• Ability to relate positively and effectively with residents, families, volunteers, and staff
• Interest in working with long-term care residents and the elderly
• Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English
• Meet all health requirements mandated by law
