Position Summary:

Under the supervision of the Nurse Supervisor, perform resident/patient care activities to support their personal needs, safety, and comfort, while fostering a positive environment and following all policies and procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Successful completion of approved nursing assistant training and competency evaluation
• Ability to relate positively and effectively with residents, families, volunteers, and staff
• Interest and positive attitude towards working with long-term care residents and the elderly
• Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English
• Meet all health requirements as legally mandated
