Qualifications

Responsibilities

Dependable Health Services is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and self-motivated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Home Health team serving patients throughout Pahrump, Nevada.

This is a full-time opportunity for a CNA who enjoys providing personalized, one-on-one care and helping patients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

What You'll Do

• Assist patients with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal hygiene

• Assist with mobility, ambulation, transfers, and exercises as directed

• Take and document vital signs as appropriate

• Assist with meal preparation and other activities of daily living

• Provide care according to the patient's established plan of care

• Observe patients and report changes or concerns to the appropriate clinical team member

• Work collaboratively with nurses, therapists, physicians, and families

• Complete accurate and timely visit documentation

• Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support

Qualifications

• Current Nevada CNA license required

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Current driver's license and reliable transportation

• Current CPR certification

• Current TB clearance/health card meeting applicable requirements or ability to obtain

• Ability to successfully complete required background screening

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

• Dependable, compassionate, and comfortable working independently in patients' homes

• Home Health or Home Care experience preferred

• Bilingual/Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply
