Job summary

Giving Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide in-home daily living and personal care under a physician care plan in the Pahrump area. You will work one-on-one with patients in their homes, supporting activities of daily living and delivering companionship. This is a 1099 contract position with scheduling flexible between CNA, patient, and case manager.

Schedule: Monday–Thursday 9am–1pm. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Current CPR certification.
• Current First Aid certification.
• TB test & physical examination.
• Ability to monitor vital signs.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Caring and compassionate personality.
• Hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move patients.
• Ability to operate under stressful conditions and make quick decisions.
• 1+ years of caregiving experience.

Responsibilities

• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping
• Adhere to the patient’s established plan of care.

• Monitor vitals according to plan of care.
• Remind patient of and administer medication as prescribed.
• Maintain records and documentation of daily services.
• Communication with the patients’ family, doctors, and other prescribed individuals regarding the health and care of the patient.

We're looking for a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Pahrump, NV, to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services in patients’ homes in accordance with a physician established care plan.

This role is a 1099 contract opportunity, with care being provided at the patient’s residence. We are generally flexible with scheduling, but ultimately current scheduling needs for this position will be established between the CNA, patient, and case manager. We are flexible and willing to help work with your schedule!

$1000 engagement bonus!

The engagement bonus is eligible for payment following 90 days of service to your patient(s) and the Company.
