Job summary

Pahrump Health and Rehabilitation is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our growing team in Pahrump, NV. Flexible scheduling with 8-hour and 12-hour shifts available, including days, evenings and nights.

Pay ranges from $16.00 to $19.56 per hour with shift differential for evenings and nights. Responsibilities include assisting residents with ADLs, bathing, dressing, meals, mobility, vital signs, documentation, and collaborating with nurses and caregivers to ensure quality

Qualifications

• Must have current CNA certification in Nevada.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work well in a team and provide compassionate, dependable care.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care and assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, toileting and oral hygiene.
• Assist with meals and feeding as needed.
• Transport and assist residents with mobility.
• Turn and reposition residents.
• Take and record vital signs, weights and intake/output.
• Answer call lights and respond to resident needs.
• Complete required documentation.
• Work collaboratively with the nursing and caregiving team.

Pahrump Health and Rehabilitation is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our growing team!

Flexible Scheduling:
We can accommodate 8-hour or 12-hour shifts based on your availability!

8-Hour Shift Options:

• Day: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

• Evening: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

• Night: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

12-hour shift options are also available.

Pay: $16.00 – $19.56/hour

• Shift differential available for Evening and Night shifts.

What You’ll Do

• Provide hands-on care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, toileting, and oral hygiene

• Assist with meals and feeding as needed

• Transport and assist residents with mobility

What We’re Looking For
