Job summary

The Springs at Boca Ciega Bay is actively hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team following our Grand Reopening. We are a 109-bed Skilled Nursing Facility in St. Petersburg, FL.

Walk-in interviews run daily except Thursday from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with same-day interviews available. We offer Daily Pay, health insurance, PTO & Holiday Pay, 401(k), flexible scheduling, direct deposit, and overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current and valid CNA license in the state of practice (Florida).
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Ability to work dependably and punctually with others.

Responsibilities

• Care for multiple residents in the facility and observe Resident Rights.
• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living.
• Assist nurse with admitting, transferring, and discharging residents.
• Assist nurse in giving treatments and examining residents.
• Assist with restorative and rehab care with proper instruction and supervision.
• Come to work as scheduled and demonstrate dependability and punctuality.
• Collaborate with other personnel to ensure quality care.
