Job summary

Vibra Healthcare is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team for the Evening PM shift (3pm - 11pm) in San Bernardino, CA. This full-time role includes 8-hour shifts and a $2,500 bonus opportunity, with responsibilities to assist with activities of daily living and ensure a safe patient environment.

Ideal candidates hold a current CNA and BLS certification, with at least two years of experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of CNA experience or equivalent considered.
• Current CNA certification to practice in the state of employment required.
• BLS certification from Vibra-approved vendor within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed nursing personnel with activities of daily living and patient care.
• Document patient care activities and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Recognize emergencies and respond promptly as needed.

Full Time - Evning PM Shift (3pm - 11pm)

Responsibilities

Provides assistance to licensed nursing personnel in the provision of patient care by providing and documenting activities of daily living, including personal hygiene and grooming, and providing a clean, healthy and safe environment. Utilizes basic infection control procedures, basic nutrition and fluid intake skills. Recognizes emergency situations and responds.

Required Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two (2) years of experience as a Nurse Aide or other relevant experience in lieu of education will be considered.
• Current, valid, and active certification to practice as a Nursing Assistant as applicable in the state of employment required.
• BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor is required within six months of date of hire.

Additional Qualifications/Skills

• Acute care/LTAC experience preferred.
• Ability to project a professional image.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
• Strong organizational, prioritizing and analytical skills.
• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
• Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions.
• Freedom from illegal use of and effects of use of drugs and alcohol in the workplace.
