Hawthorne Center for Rehabilitation and Healing of Sarasota is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for full-time day shifts (6A-2P) at our 120-bed facility in Sarasota, FL. Join a compassionate, resident-focused team that values dignity and growth.

Walk-in interviews Tuesdays 11:00 AM–3:00 PM at 5381 Desoto Rd, Sarasota, FL 34243. We offer competitive pay, benefits, flexible scheduling, and ongoing training in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Certified Nursing Assistant license in the state of practice (Florida).
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Ability to work harmoniously with other personnel.

Responsibilities

• Care for multiple residents in the facility and observe Resident Rights.
• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living.
• Assist nurse with admitting, transferring, and discharging residents.
• Assist nurse in giving treatments and examining residents.
• Assist with restorative and rehab care under supervision.
• Demonstrate dependability and punctuality.

Certified Nursing Assistant ( CNA ) Main Duties and Critical Tasks:

• Care for multiple residents in the facility. Observe Resident Rights.

• Certified Nursing Assistant ( CNA ) Required Education and Experience:
• Current and validCertified Nursing Assistant ( CNA ) license in the state of practice and employment.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
• Ability to work harmoniously with other personnel.
