Job summary

Hawthorne Center for Rehabilitation and Healing of Sarasota is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for the part-time day shift from 6 AM to 2 PM at our Sarasota, FL facility. We seek compassionate, dedicated CNAs to join a resident-focused team committed to exceptional care in a welcoming environment.

Required: current and valid CNA license in Florida, English proficiency, and ability to work harmoniously with staff.

Qualifications

• Current and valid CNA license in the state of practice.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Care for multiple residents in the facility and observe resident rights.
• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living.
• Assist nurse with admitting, transferring, and discharging residents.
• Assist nurse in giving treatments and examining residents.
• Assist with restorative and rehab care under proper instruction and supervision.
• Come to work as scheduled and demonstrate dependability and punctuality.

• Current and valid Certified Nursing Assistant ( CNA ) license in the state of practice and employment.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
• Ability to work harmoniously with other personnel.
