Job summary

Palmer Ranch Center for Rehab and Healing in Sarasota, FL is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for full-time or part-time shifts. Walk-in interviews are welcome, with convenient morning to evening time slots.

You will provide direct resident care, assist nurses with transfers and treatments, and support restorative and rehab services as part of a compassionate team. We value reliability, strong communication, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Current and valid CNA license in the state of practice.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Ability to work harmoniously with other personnel.
• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
• Florida AHCA Clearinghouse background screening will be required.

Responsibilities

• Care for multiple residents in the facility and observe Resident Rights.
• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living.
• Assist nurse with admitting, transferring, and discharging residents.
• Assist nurse in giving treatments and examining residents.
• Assist with restorative and rehab care under instruction and supervision.

We are currently seeking compassionate and reliable CNAs to join our care team. This is a great opportunity to provide hands‑on support to residents while working in a team-oriented, resident-centered environment.

Walk‑In Interviews Available

Monday – Friday (excluding Thursday): 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

No appointment needed. Please arrive during the listed hours and check in at the front desk. Bring a resume and a valid ID if available.

Full‑Time/Part‑Time Available Shifts:

• 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
