North Bank Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Jacksonville, FL, is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate care to residents in a 120-bed skilled facility. The role includes assisting with ADLs, mobility, and resident safety while supporting nursing staff and adhering to resident rights.

Qualifications

• Current and valid CNA license in the state of practice.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Ability to make independent decisions when warranted.

Responsabilités

• Care for multiple residents in the facility. Observe Resident Rights.
• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living.
• Assist nurse with admitting, transferring, and discharging residents.
• Assist nurse in giving treatments and examining residents.
• Assist with restorative and rehab care with proper instruction and supervision.
• Come to work as scheduled and consistently demonstrate dependability and punctuality.
