Century Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Century, FL is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for day and night shifts. This 88-bed skilled nursing facility offers walk-in interviews Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM and features new wage scales, daily pay, and a supportive team environment.

Join our team to provide quality care and participate in a facility focused on short-stay rehabilitation and long-term care with a range of amenities and benefits for employees.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of practice (FL).
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.

Responsabilités

• Care for multiple residents in the facility and observe Resident Rights.
• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living.
• Assist nurse with admitting, transferring, and discharging residents.
• Assist nurse in giving treatments and examining residents.
• Assist with restorative and rehab care with proper instruction and supervision.

Certified Nursing Assistant ( CNA ) Main Duties and Critical Tasks:

• Care for multiple residents in the facility. Observe Resident Rights.
• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living.
• Assist nurse with admitting, transferring, and discharging residents.
• Assist nurse in giving treatments and examining residents.
• Assist with restorative and rehab care with proper instruction and supervision.
• Come to work as scheduled and consistently demonstrate dependability and punctuality.
• Certified Nursing Assistant ( CNA ) Required Education and Experience:
• Current and validCertified Nursing Assistant ( CNA ) license in the state of practice and employment.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
• Ability to work harmoniously with other personnel.
• FL License Required
