Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care with dignity and respect to each resident.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to the nursing team.
• Treat residents and their property with care and respect.
• Ensure resident comfort, safety and well-being per long-term care standards.
• Maintain punctuality and reliability for assigned shifts and transportation.
• Routinely check on residents and perform duties as assigned in a patient-centered environment.

Your Role:

• Provide compassionate care with dignity and respect for each resident in our skilled nursing facility
• Monitor vital signs and report changes in patient behavior to the nursing and medical team.
• Treat and care for residents and their property with dignity and respect.
• Ensure residents’ comfort, safety, and well-being in accordance with long-term care standards
• Maintain reliable transportation and ensure punctuality for assigned shifts.
• Routinely make rounds, providing responsive care and services to residents.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management in a patient-centered care environment
