Job summary

Salinas Valley Post Acute is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for full-time roles in Salinas, CA. You will support residents with ADLs, monitor vital signs, assist with meals, and help maintain a safe, clean care environment across day, evening, and night shifts.

We offer competitive pay starting at $21.00–$25.00 per hour, comprehensive medical/dental/vision insurance, PTO and holiday pay, and opportunities for overtime and shift differentials.

Qualifications

• Active California CNA certification required.
• Compassionate, patient, and resident-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility).
• Take and record vital signs, weights, and other clinical data.
• Assist with meal service, feeding, and hydration as needed.
• Promptly report changes in resident condition to nursing leadership.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized care areas following infection control protocols.

Pay Rate: Starting at $21.00-$25 per hour (Based on experience).

Schedule: Full-Time | 4 Days On / 2 Days Off (Consistent and predictable!).

Shifts: Day, Evening, and Night shifts available.

Your Impact & Responsibilities:
