Job summary

Salinas Valley Post Acute is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our resident-centered team in Salinas, CA. This full-time role offers a starting pay rate of $21.00–$25.00 per hour based on experience, with a $1,500 sign-on bonus. Shifts include Day, Evening, and Night, 4 days on/2 days off.

Qualifications

• Certification: Active California CNA certification required.

• Health screening: Must meet health screening requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential daily care with dignity and comfort.
• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Take and record vital signs, weights, and other clinical data.
• Assist with meal service, feeding, and hydration as needed.
• Promptly report changes in resident condition to nursing leadership.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized care areas following infection control protocols.
