Job summary

Silver Birch of Terre Haute is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Clinical Team. You will provide kind, hands-on care and daily support to residents, helping them feel comfortable, respected, and cared for.

You’ll observe changes in residents and report them to the nurse, document care in the electronic system, and deliver friendly, respectful service to residents and families as part of a warm, supportive team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current CNA license in good standing required.
• Strong customer service skills and a caring attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and meals.
• Provide personal care with kindness, dignity, and respect.
• Respond to call lights and resident needs in a timely manner.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to the nurse or Wellness Team.
• Document care and services in the electronic system.
• Provide friendly, respectful customer service to residents, families, and team members.
