Silver Birch Living in Terre Haute, IN is seeking caregivers to assist residents with daily activities, personal care, and compassionate support. You will respond to call lights, observe changes, and document care in our electronic system while delivering friendly customer service to residents and families.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED.
• Strong customer service skills and a caring attitude.
• Experience in healthcare or assisted living is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and meals.
• Provide personal care with kindness, dignity, and respect.
• Respond to call lights and resident needs in a timely manner.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to the nurse or Wellness Team.
• Document care and services in the electronic system.
• Provide friendly, respectful customer service to residents, families, and team members.
