Silver Birch Living in Fort Wayne is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Clinical Team. You’ll provide kind, hands-on care and daily support to residents, helping them feel comfortable, respected, and cared for.

This role emphasizes attentive resident observation, timely response to call lights, and documenting care in the electronic system, while delivering friendly, respectful service to residents, families, and team members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current CNA license in good standing.
• Experience in healthcare or assisted living is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and meals.
• Provide personal care with kindness, dignity, and respect.
• Respond to call lights and resident needs in a timely manner.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to the nurse or Wellness Team.
• Document care and services in the electronic system.
• Provide friendly, respectful customer service to residents, families, and team members.
