Job summary

Emplify Health, in partnership with Gundersen Health System, is seeking a CNA to join the Hospital Float Pool to cover inpatient units and assist with patient transport throughout the hospital. Expect 12-hour day shifts, 0.6 FTE (48 hours bi-weekly), with no weekend work and three holidays per year.

Starting pay is $18.64 per hour plus experience-based increases and shift/holiday differentials. Benefits include 401(k) with matching, PTO, health insurance, wellness programs, tuition

Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin CNA certificate
• Current Infant-Adult BLS for Health Care Providers (hands-on) within 30 days of hire

Responsibilities

• Provide CNA care in the hospital float pool across inpatient units (medical-surgical, pediatrics, inpatient behavioral health)
• Transport patients for procedures, therapies, x-ray, etc.
• Work 12-hour day shifts (6:30am–7pm) as a 0.6 FTE (48 hours bi-weekly)
• No weekend shifts; three holidays per year

We are seeking a CNA in the Hospital Float Pool to help cover inpatient units, such as medical-surgical, pediatrics and inpatient behavioral health. You will also help with transporting patients throughout the hospital for procedures, therapy, x-ray etc.

What You Do

• 0.6 FTE, 48 hours bi-weekly
• Work 12-hour shifts Day (6:30am – 7pm)
• No weekends!
• Three holidays a year

What You’ll Need

• Wisconsin Registered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
• Current Infant-Adult Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers (with hands on learning) from one of the following programs; American Heart Association or American Red Cross within 30 days of hire
