Job summary

Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital Plymouth is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for float coverage. This part-time role provides 36 hours per week with shift from 7:00 pm to 7:30 am, including rotating weekends and holidays, to support a busy acute care unit.

Under supervision of registered nurses, you’ll deliver personal care, maintain patient comfort, and may perform sitter duties as needed. A MA CNA license or enrollment in nursing program and BLS are required or in place on hire.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalency or enrolled in a co-op program with successful completion of HS diploma within 6 months.
• Current MA Certified Nurse Assistant License, EMT License, or current enrollment in a nursing program with sufficient hours of clinical rotation required.
• Active American Heart Association BLS certification REQUIRED upon hire.
• 1-2 years Cert. Nursing Assistant experience preferred.
• As with all job assignments, staff may be floated to areas where they are needed.
