Job summary

All American Home Care LLC is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide in-home care across Delaware County, PA. You will assist with daily activities, offer companionship, and document care according to guidelines in a compassionate, dependable manner.

We value reliable drivers with a PA CNA certification, a current TB test, and strong communication skills. Competitive pay; $1000 sign-on bonus; training provided.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania CNA Certification.
• Current TB test and required health documents or willingness to obtain.
• Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, professional and dependable.
• Previous home care experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility).
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Observe and report changes in the client's condition.
• Document care provided according to agency guidelines.
• Maintain a safe and respectful environment for every client.
