Job summary

All American Home Care is seeking compassionate CNAs to provide high-quality in-home care to clients throughout Chester County, PA. You will assist with daily living activities, provide companionship, and support families while maintaining client independence.

Training is provided for this position, and a $1000 sign-on bonus is offered to new caregivers who join the team. Competitive pay and opportunities for advancement are available.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania CNA Certification.
• Current TB test and health documents (or willingness to obtain).
• Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, professional, and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility).
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Observe and report changes in the client’s condition.
