Job summary

Addus HomeCare is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) across Delaware to help seniors and individuals with disabilities live independently at home. CNAs may work up to 30 hours per week with flexible scheduling and immediate work after orientation.

New graduates are welcome to apply, and benefits include daily pay, weekly pay, a 401k option, and mileage/time pay for travel. This is a community-focused role with opportunities to make a direct impact close to home.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED or 1 year of in-home care experience.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Follow a care plan/service plan for the client and report on completed tasks.
• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, meal preparation).
• Provide routine house cleaning.
• Observe and report any changes in client's condition as part of the health care team.
• Promote Addus HomeCare as the leading home care provider in the community.
