Job summary

Twin Rivers Nursing & Rehabilitation in Owensboro, KY is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct resident care during the day shift from 7A to 7P. Requires successful completion of State Approved Nursing Assistant Training and Competency Evaluation Program.

Starting wage is $18.25/hour with night and weekend differentials and employer-paid Life and AD&D insurance, plus same-day pay available.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of State Approved Nursing Assistant Training and Competency Evaluation Program.

Responsibilities

• Answers signal lights, bells, or intercom system to determine residents' needs and ensures call lights are within reach of resident.
• Ensures that residents who are unable to call for help are checked frequently.
• Gives direct resident care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming of residents.
• Explains procedures to residents.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
