Valencia Hills Health and Rehabilitation Center in Lakeland, FL is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). We offer full-time and part-time roles with a new wage scale, walk-in interviews, and opportunities to make a meaningful difference for residents.

Join us at 1350 Sleepy Hill Rd, Lakeland, FL 33810 for interviews Monday–Friday 10:00 AM–4:00 PM. We provide benefits including health/dental/vision, PTO, and 401k, plus direct deposit and daily pay options.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of practice.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Strong dependability and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Care for multiple residents in the facility.
• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living.
• Assist nurse with admitting, transferring, and discharging residents.
• Assist nurse in giving treatments and examining residents.
• Assist with restorative and rehab care with proper instruction and supervision.

Certified Nursing Assistant ( CNA ) Main Duties and Critical Tasks:

• Care for multiple residents in the facility. Observe Resident Rights.
• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living.
• Assist nurse with admitting, transferring, and discharging residents.
• Assist nurse in giving treatments and examining residents.
• Assist with restorative and rehab care with proper instruction and supervision.
• Come to work as scheduled and consistently demonstrate dependability and punctuality.
• Certified Nursing Assistant ( CNA ) Required Education and Experience:
• Current and validCertified Nursing Assistant ( CNA ) license in the state of practice and employment.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
• Ability to work harmoniously with other personnel.
