Job summary

Ritechoice Family Services Inc in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a compassionate Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to join our dedicated team. You will provide direct patient care, monitor vital signs, assist with mobility and nutrition, and maintain a safe, clean environment while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams.

Flexible shifts include evenings and weekends; PA CNA certification and CPR/First Aid are preferred.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in Pennsylvania is required
• Experience in home care, long-term care, or clinical settings preferred
• Strong knowledge of basic patient care and safety procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Compassionate, patient-centered caregiving approach
• Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene assistance
• Monitor and record patient vital signs, reporting changes to nursing staff promptly
• Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure safety and comfort
• Support patients with meals, feeding, and hydration needs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients and residents
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary care teams
• Document patient care activities accurately in accordance with facility protocols
