Job summary

Life Care Centers of America is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in a full-time capacity. The CNA will provide routine daily nursing care to assigned patients, including bathing, feeding, grooming, and toileting, within Life Care standards.

Ideal candidates hold a state-approved CNA program credential, active CNA licensure, and CPR certification. One year of geriatric experience is preferred; strong communication and teamwork skills are essential to thrive

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program.
• Currently registered/licensed in applicable state; active license.
• One year geriatric nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification upon hire or during orientation; CPR must remain current.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care to assigned patients per laws and Life Care standards.
• Deliver direct care (bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting) as directed.
• Join interdisciplinary team to maintain quality patient care.
• Maintain professional relationships with all associates and vendors.

As an important member of our interdisciplinary team, the CNA is responsible for providing routine daily nursing care to assigned patients in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards. Your daily responsibilities will be to deliver direct care to patients (bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting, etc.) as directed. Education, Experience, And Licensure Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program
• Currently registered/licensed in applicable State. Must maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment.
• One (1) year geriatric nursing experience preferred
• CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.
