Job summary

Life Care Centers of America in Acton, MA is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our compassionate team. You will provide routine daily nursing care to assigned patients and support multidisciplinary care.

We offer premium shift differentials on all three shifts and a Weekend Warrior program—work every weekend Saturday and Sunday to earn additional $3 shift differentials, with overall differentials ranging from $8-$10 per hour. CPR and CNA licensure required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program.
• Currently registered/licensed in applicable State. Must maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment.
• One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care to assigned patients in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards.
• Deliver direct care to patients (bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting, etc.) as directed.
• Join our interdisciplinary team and help make a difference in the lives of our patients and family members.
• Make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
• Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients and colleagues.
