Job summary

Life Care Centers of America is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team on Hilton Head Island, SC. You will deliver routine daily nursing care, including bathing, feeding, grooming, and toileting, while supporting a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care.

The ideal candidate will have a state CNA license, completion of a CNA program, CPR certification, and preferably one year of skilled nursing experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program.
• Currently registered/licensed in applicable State. Active license in good standing during employment.
• One year skilled nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification upon hire or during orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care to assigned patients.
• Deliver direct care including bathing, feeding, grooming, and toileting.
• Work with an interdisciplinary team to meet patient needs.

As an important member of our interdisciplinary team, the CNA is responsible for providing routine daily nursing care to assigned patients in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards. Your daily responsibilities will be to deliver direct care to patients (bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting, etc.) as directed. Education, Experience, And Licensure Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program
• Currently registered/licensed in applicable State. Must maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment.

• CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.
