Job summary

Life Care Centers of America is seeking a qualified Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in Plymouth, MA. The CNA will provide routine daily nursing care to assigned patients under Life Care standards, including personal care tasks and support within an interdisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate will have a state-approved CNA program completion, active CNA license, CPR certification, and at least one year of skilled nursing experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program.
• Active CNA license in good standing in the state of employment.
• One year of skilled nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification either on hire or during orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care to assigned patients.
• Deliver direct care (bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting, etc.).
• Work within an interdisciplinary team to support patient needs.
• Maintain professionalism and positive attitude toward patients.

As an important member of our interdisciplinary team, the CNA is responsible for providing routine daily nursing care to assigned patients in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards. Your daily responsibilities will be to deliver direct care to patients (bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting, etc.) as directed. Education, Experience, And Licensure Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program
• Currently registered/licensed in applicable State. Must maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment.
• One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred
• CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.
