Life Care Centers of America affiliated facility in Scituate, MA is seeking a Full-Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for day and weekend shifts to support an interdisciplinary team and provide direct patient care, including bathing, feeding, grooming, and toileting.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, state-approved CNA program graduation, an active CNA license, CPR certification, and preferably 1 year of skilled nursing experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program.
• Currently registered/licensed in applicable State. Must maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment.
• CPR certification upon hire or during orientation; must remain current during employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care to assigned patients (bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting, etc.).
• Deliver direct patient care in accordance with Life Care standards and applicable laws/regulations.
• Communicate and function productively on an interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain professional working relationships with all associates and vendors.
