Job summary

Life Care Centers of America is seeking a qualified Certified Nursing Assistant to join our Westminster, CO team. You will provide routine daily nursing care to patients, including bathing, feeding, grooming, and toileting, while upholding Life Care standards.

You will work with an interdisciplinary team, deliver direct care, and maintain professional relationships with staff and vendors. Active CNA licensure and CPR certification are required or obtained during orientation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Graduation from a state-approved CNA program is required.
• Current active CNA license/registration must be maintained.
• CPR certification is required or obtained during orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care (bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting) respecting laws and Life Care standards.
• Deliver direct patient care and monitor needs as directed by nursing staff.
• Communicate and function effectively on an interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain professional working relationships with all associates and vendors.

Sat/ Sunday Day shift is $2/hr
Sat / Sunday Evening shift is $3/hr
Sat/ Sunday Night shift is $4/hr

As an important member of our interdisciplinary team, the CNA is responsible for providing routine daily nursing care to assigned patients in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards. Your daily responsibilities will be to deliver direct care to patients (bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting, etc.) as directed. Education, Experience, And Licensure Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program
• Currently registered/licensed in applicable State. Must maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment.
• One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred
• CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.
