Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a Full-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for Sheridan Correctional Center in Sheridan, Illinois. You will work under nursing and medical staff to provide direct care to incarcerated individuals, supporting hygiene, daily living, and vital signs during a 11pm-7am night shift, with every other weekend on schedule.

The role requires a CNA license in Illinois, CPR/BLS, and a High School diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• CNA certification and Illinois license required.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Experience in acute, long-term, emergency or correctional settings preferred.
• Must pass drug screen and background check for security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff.
• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of nursing, medical and psychiatric staff.

We are currently seeking a Full-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Sheridan Correctional Center in Sheridan, Illinois.CNAs work under the close direction of nursing, medical and psychiatric staff to perform direct patient care to incarcerated individuals.
