Job summary

Glenview Wellness and Rehabilitation Center in Richland Hills, TX is seeking a Texas Certified Nurse Aide for a full-time evening shift (3PM-11PM). A $2,000 sign-on bonus is offered for qualified applicants.

You will provide resident-centered care, perform rounds, verify IDs, and support safe, quality nursing services under the supervision of the nursing team. Walk-ins welcome for interviews.

Qualifications

• Texas Certified Nurse Aide credential required.
• Minimum of 6 months nursing assistant experience.
• Ability to work 3PM-11PM shifts.
• Strong patient care and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties in accordance with facility policies and safety rules.
• Make resident rounds at shift start and every two hours to administer care.
• Verify resident identity before care or meals to ensure proper treatment.
• Ensure water pitchers are cleaned and accessible to residents.
• Assist Charge Nurse, RN Supervisor, and Administrator with duties as needed.

Qualifications:

General Duties:

• Perform all duties as assigned and in accordance with facility’s established policies and procedures, nursing care procedures and safety rules and regulations.
• Make resident rounds at the beginning of each shift and every two hours thereafter to administer quality nursing care.
• Verify the identification of a resident before administering nursing care or serving food, to assure that appropriate care is being provided to the correct resident.
• Assure that water pitchers are cleaned, filled with fresh drinking water and within the resident’s reach.
• Other related duties as may become necessary or as directed by the Charge Nurse, RN Supervisor, Director of Nurses, or Administrator.
