Responsibilities

• Perform all duties as assigned in accordance with facility policies and nursing procedures.
• Make resident rounds at the beginning of each shift and every two hours thereafter to administer nursing care.
• Verify the identification of a resident before care or meals to ensure appropriate care for the correct resident.
• Ensure water pitchers are cleaned, filled with fresh drinking water and within resident reach.
• Carry out other duties as directed by the Charge Nurse, RN Supervisor, Director of Nurses, or Administrator.
