Job summary

Rosewood Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Lake Worth Beach, FL is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide compassionate, resident-focused care. The role supports residents with daily living activities, meals, and vital sign checks in a patient-centered environment.

Requirements include current Florida CNA certification. HS diploma or GED preferred; prior CNA experience is welcome but not required. AHCA background screening is required.

Qualifications

• Current Florida CNA certification is required.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience as a CNA is preferred but not required.
• Compassionate, dependable and committed to quality resident care.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and provide resident-focused care.
• Assist residents during meals as needed.
• Follow infection control procedures and facility policies.
• Measure and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respirations, blood pressure, height, weight).
• Observe residents and promptly report changes in condition to the supervisor.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to ensure quality resident care.

CNA Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and provide compassionate, resident-focused care

• Assist residents during meals as needed

• Follow infection control procedures and facility policies

• Observe residents and report changes in condition to the appropriate supervisor promptly

• Work collaboratively with the nursing team to ensure quality resident care

CNA Qualifications

This role requires Florida AHCA Clearinghouse background screening.
