Job summary

Rosewood Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate care to residents. You will help with daily activities, assist at meals, and follow infection control policies. You will measure basic vitals and report any changes promptly, working within a supportive team.

The role requires CNA certification by the state. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, and prior experience is welcome but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• CNA certification is required by the state.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs and work with the team to ensure resident care.
• Assist residents at meals.
• Follow infection control policies and center procedures.
• Record heights, weights, temperatures, pulses, respirations and blood pressures as instructed.
• Report changes in residents' condition to supervisor promptly.

Some of your Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Job Responsibilities include:

• Assisting residents with ADLs, and work with the team to ensure appropriate resident care is provided

• Assisting at meals

• Following infection control and center policies

• Measuring and recording heights and weights temperatures, pulses, respirations and blood pressures (TPRs and B/P) as instructed

• Reports all changes in residents’ condition to supervisor as soon as practical

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Qualifications:

• CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) Certification by the State Required

• High School Diploma or GED Preferred

• Experience preferred, not required
