Job summary

Lakeside Generations Assisted Living, a Cassia community, is seeking caring Caregivers to advance their career with free advanced caregiver training. Part-time evenings 2:00 PM – 10:15 PM, location Dassel MN 55325. Wage range $17.50–$23.55 per hour, with evening $1.00 shift differential.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Home Health Aide, PCA, or CNA preferred.
• We will train you.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Standing and walking most of the time.

Responsibilities

• Help residents reach and maintain independence while assisting with personal care and daily living activities.
• Assist with bathing, hair care, nails, and medication administration.
• Wash resident clothing, make beds, and keep the living environment clean.
• Document services on the computerized charting system.
• Observe residents and report changes to the supervisor.
• Assist with body positioning, transfers, and therapeutic exercises.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

Lakeside Generations Assisted Living, a Cassia community, is looking for Caregivers wanting to advance their career! Work as a Caregiver while receiving Free Advanced Caregiver Training!

As a Caregiver at Lakeside Generations Assisted Living, you will help maintain the highest standards in delivering nursing services to our residents. This position is ideal for someone who truly wants to make a difference in the lives of others. We are seeking individuals who are team players and are also comfortable working independently.

Position Type: Part-Time, working a varying schedule including rotational weekends and holidays

Shift Available: Evenings 2:00 PM - 10:15 PM

Wage Range: $17.50 - $23.55 /hour depending on experience

Shift Differential: Evening $1.00

Location: 439 William Avenue East, Dassel MN 55325

Caregiver Responsibilities:

• Help each resident reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence while assisting them with personal care and daily living activities.
• Assist the resident with personal care which may include the following: shampooing of hair, assist with showering/ bathing, fingernail and foot care, and medication administration.
• Wash resident clothing, make beds, and clean the general environment.
• Document services performed on computerized charting system.
• Perform delegated nursing or therapy procedures.
• Observe resident and report any changes in physical and emotional condition to the supervisor.
• Assist with body positioning, transfers, therapeutic exercises, active or passive range of motion.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

Caregiver Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a Home Health Aide, Personal Care Attendant, or CNA preferred. We'll train you!
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Standing and walking most of the time.
